物料在乳化機均質(zhì)鍋內(nèi)通過鍋內(nèi)攪拌框上的聚四氟乙烯刮 板(刮板始終迎合鍋體內(nèi)壁,掃凈掛壁粘料),不斷產(chǎn)生新界面, 再經(jīng)過框式攪拌器及與其反向的攪拌葉,將物料剪斷、壓縮、折 疊,使其攪拌、混合而向下流往鍋體下方的均質(zhì)器處,再通過高 速旋轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子與定子之間所產(chǎn)生的強力的剪斷、沖擊、亂流等過 程使物料在剪切縫中被切割,迅速破碎成200nm - 2μm的微 粒。物料微粒化、乳化、混合、調(diào)勻、分散等可于短時間內(nèi)完 成。由于均質(zhì)鍋內(nèi)處于真空狀態(tài),物料在攪拌過程中產(chǎn)生的氣泡 被及時抽走。乳化機均質(zhì)結(jié)束后升高鍋蓋,按下傾倒按鈕開關(guān)可 使鍋內(nèi)物料排向鍋外容器內(nèi)(或者打開鍋底閥及加壓閥門直接排 料)。
